Citation:  1.) The President of the United States takes great pleasure in presenting the Distinguished Flying Cross to Captain Kenneth Bryan for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight as Pilot from 3 January 1963 to 5 April 1963. During this period, while partaking in a program of international significance, Captain Bryan was able to meet the exceptional operational requirements in a most outstanding manner. Captain Bryan's courage and airmanship exemplified in the accomplishment of these missions, under the most hazardous and difficult flight conditions have reflected great credit upon himself and the United States Air Force
