Citation:  1.) The Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement while serving as an engineer-gunner on a B-26 airplane on twenty-five bombardment missions over enemy occupied Continental Europe. Sergeant Bragg was of invaluable assistance on these missions dispatched against vitally important enemy positions. His unselfish devotion to duty and marked aggressiveness are symbolic of the highest ideals of the United States Army.
