  • Print also includes a signed letter of authenticity from The Distinguished Flying Cross Society, Chairman of the Board; and
  • Please know that though each print is also signed and numbered by the artist (John Mollison), the print number received by the purchaser is based on time of order; the DFC Society is unable to honor requests for specific numbers.
Marty Mahrt is proud to be associated with the DFC Society!  To this point, he has signed a very limited number of prints of John Mollison’s rendering of the F-105D he was flying when shot down over North Vietnam.

The print is 13 x 9 inches and printed on archival-grade stock. However, the print’s name, “Never Alone” is a true salute to the people, forces and beliefs that come to our aid in time of need.  In fact, the print itself contains a hidden image that is only viewable under certain lighting conditions, highlighting the sacrificial help of fellow F-105 pilots David Hatcher, Bob Gobble, the HH-3 helicopter teams, the F-4 Phantom CAP, A-1 Skyraider crews and the supremacy of Faith and Family.
